5. AI Assistant (Lyla) Disclosure

Our AI front desk assistant, Lyla, may assist with inquiries, class suggestions, and intake submissions.

When speaking with Lyla:

  • Only share information you are comfortable submitting.

  • All class changes and enrollments require human review.

  • Sensitive topics (medical, financial, legal, conflict-related) are escalated.

    Third-Party Automations (Zapier)
    Our GPT assistant may send user-provided data to Zapier for the purpose of automating workflows, responding to inquiries, organizing user submissions, or performing requested actions. Zapier acts as a data processor and may store data temporarily as part of workflow execution. We do not authorize Zapier to use, sell, or share personal data for advertising or independent purposes.

Users should not enter or submit sensitive personal information through this service, including but not limited to medical records, financial account information, social security numbers, passwords, or confidential personal identifiers.

Photo/video consent is not assumed.

  • Sharing recital or class footage
